For creators, not just influencers

Most brands on this list are small and mid-size, and they work with micro creators on purpose. What they look at is whether your content could pass for their customer — not your follower count.

So you do not need a big following, and you do not need an agent. If you post short video, photos, reviews or unboxings on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube, you are who these programs are looking for.

Questions creators ask

What is a brand ambassador?

+
Someone who represents a brand to their own audience over time, rather than for a single post. You use the products, you post about them, and the brand pays you, pays commission on the sales you drive, sends you product, or some combination. It runs for months, and most brands take applications year-round instead of opening a window.

What kinds of programs are on this list?

+
Four. Gifting means the brand sends product, not money — the easiest way in and the fastest way to build a portfolio. Affiliate means you get a link or discount code and earn a share of what you sell, with nothing up front. Ambassador is an ongoing deal, usually product plus commission and sometimes a flat fee. Paid UGC means the brand pays for the content itself: you film it, they run it in their ads, and your follower count matters least of all here.

Do brand ambassadors get paid, and how much?

+
It depends on the type, which is why the table names it. Paid UGC and the fee side of ambassador deals are real money. Affiliate pays a percentage, typically 10 to 20 percent of what you sell, so it is worth more with an audience that buys than with a big one that scrolls. Gifting pays in product. Nobody can quote you a number before you apply — the brand's own page sets the terms, and they vary enormously.

How do I apply to a brand ambassador program?

+
Open a brand, read what its program actually offers, then apply on the brand's own page — we link straight there and never sit in between. Most applications take a few minutes and ask for your handles, your niche and two or three examples of your work. Send several in one sitting rather than agonising over one: brands review in batches, and a no usually says more about the month they are having than about your account.

Where does this list come from?

+
Ambassador jobs are not posted anywhere. A brand quietly puts up an application page, links it in the footer, and that is the whole announcement — so finding them means opening one shop after another and scrolling to the bottom of each. We did that part. Every program here was checked, and the date at the top of the list says when.

How many followers do you need to be a brand ambassador?

+
Fewer than most people assume. Plenty of the brands here state no minimum at all, and small accounts with a clear niche often beat large general ones because the engagement is better and the audience is a match. Brands that do set a floor usually say so on the application page.

Which brands are looking for ambassadors right now?

+
The ones in the table above. Each is a brand whose application page answered the last time we requested it, and the date at the top of the list says when that was. When a program closes, the row comes off at the next check instead of sitting here looking current.
