Every brand in this list sells skincare and has a live page where creators can apply. We opened each one and wrote down what it offers: product, a share of sales, or pay.
A live page means the brand takes applications. It doesn't mean a yes, and it doesn't mean money. That part is up to the brand, and it's why the label in the table matters.

What skincare brand ambassador programs pay
Four kinds of program. The label tells you if you get product, a share of sales or money for the video.
Gifting
Product, no money
The brand sends you products to try and post about. It's the easiest way in, and a quick way to film your first skincare samples.

Affiliate
A share of what you sell
You get a link or a code and earn when someone buys. The skincare brand pages we read pay 10 to 20 percent; big stores pay less. If nobody buys, you earn nothing.

Ambassador
Product and a code, sometimes a fee
A longer deal that runs for months. Most send product and give you a code with a commission. Some add a monthly fee once you post regularly.

Paid UGC
Money for the video
The brand pays you to film a video it runs in its own ads. Your follower count matters least here. Brands that pay for videos rarely have a form, so you email them.

Want to be paid for the video itself? Use the UGC rate calculator to know your price before a brand asks.
What skincare brands look for
Brands decide fast. Here is what a skincare brand checks first.
A sample that fits
One video with a product like theirs beats ten random ones. Selling a serum? Show a serum video.
Your skin and your routine
Say your skin type and what you're working on: dry, oily, acne-prone, sensitive. Show where the product goes: after cleansing, before sunscreen.
Texture you can see
Close-ups on your hand, how it spreads and sinks in, and how your skin looks after in daylight. That's what a buyer wants to see.
Honest before and after
Same light, same angle, no filter, and say how many days passed. Some brands don't allow before and after at all, so check first.
Claims you can stand behind
Say what you noticed, not what it cures. “My skin felt less tight” is fine. “It cleared my acne” can get the brand in trouble. Add #ad or #gifted when you got product or money.
Easy to work with
Links that open without a login, an email in your bio, quick replies and posts on time. Brands keep the creators who make their week easier.
How to apply well
A few minutes per brand, and most of it you do once.
- 1
Pick brands that fit your skin
Choose products you'd really use. Brands can tell when you'd never buy it.
- 2
Read what the program gives
The label in the table tells you the type. The brand's page tells you the terms: product, commission, fee.
- 3
Have 3 skincare videos ready
Practice videos on products you own are fine. Put them behind one link that opens for everyone.
- 4
Fill in the form in one go
Your handles, your niche, your skin type and 2 or 3 links. Name the product you'd film first.
- 5
Apply to several at once
Brands review in batches. Send 5 to 10 in one sitting and write down the date in your phone.
- 6
No answer? Try again
Wait 2 or 3 weeks, then apply again or email the brand. A no often means “not this month”.
No form on their site? Email them.
Brands that pay for videos rarely post a form. None of the 56 programs here is a paid UGC form. Those brands find creators by email, so you write to them first.
ugcjobs.io shows you skincare brands that already work with creators, with an email to write to, and helps you send it from your own Gmail.

Red flags
A real program never asks you for money. Walk away when you see any of these.
- They ask you to pay to join or to buy a starter kit.
- “Ambassador” only means a discount code for you to shop with.
- You earn by signing up other ambassadors, not by your content.
- They want to run your video in ads for free, with no end date.
- They ask you not to work with other skincare brands, for product only.
- The offer comes in a DM from an account that isn't the brand's own.
